Interra International is Hiring an Attorney Near Atlanta, GA

Interra is currently hiring for an Attorney who will report directly to the CEO and will primarily focus on the review, research, and management of legal contracts pertaining to our international operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Review, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of legal contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and lease agreements, among others.
  • Research and stay updated on international contract laws and regulations that could affect the company's operations.
  • Draft, revise, and edit legal documents and contracts to ensure they are legally sound and align with company policies.
  • Assist in the negotiation process of contracts, providing valuable input from a legal perspective.
  • Collaborate with the business leaders to mitigate potential contractual risks.
  • Facilitate the contract approval process, ensuring all necessary parties have reviewed and agreed upon contract terms.
  • Support the CEO in business development activities.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate degree required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as an attorney, with substantial experience in contract review and research.
  • Familiarity with international contract laws and regulations, particularly in relation to the food trading industry.
